       Joe Jonas enjoys the beautiful weather while out and about on Monday (July 2) in New York City.

       The 22-year-old musician kept his eyes glued to his iPhone as he walked around the Big Apple.
      “Oh no.. The world is going crazy.. Instagram is down,” Joe tweeted.
